The Delta Project is a stunning waterfront renovation where modern design seamlessly captures and reveals the serenity of nature. This home was transformed from a traditional waterfront residence into a modern retreat defined by elegance, precision, and natural warmth, with every detail crafted for effortless living and quiet luxury.
Warm wood ceilings extend throughout the home to create a sense of continuity and calm, while floor-to-ceiling windows capture sweeping water views from nearly every angle. At the heart of the home, we created an open-concept kitchen and dining area with custom soft blue cabinetry, white quartz countertops, and a striking black range hood, combining style with functionality for our homeowner’s daily life.
A two-story fireplace wrapped in dark textured panels adds drama and warmth, serving as both a visual centerpiece and a cozy gathering spot for our client and their guests. The dining area, lit by a sculptural chandelier, opens to a wraparound balcony, inviting natural light by day and soft reflections by night.
We also highlighted architectural precision with a floating staircase and upper loft, framed by glass railings and wood accents that showcase craftsmanship at its finest. Every element from lighting and finishes to the interplay of color and texture was thoughtfully curated to balance luxury and livability, reflecting our commitment to designs that serve our client’s lifestyle.
