Located in the vibrant Yaletown neighborhood, the Park West II project involved the complete transformation of a 1990s commercial lobby in a high-traffic condo building. The existing space was dark, outdated, and lacked both functionality and a sense of security. The property managers wanted a lobby that not only improved safety but also offered a refined, welcoming experience for residents and visitors.
Working closely with Calvert Design Studio, who led the interior design and color scheme, we focused on bringing warmth and natural elements into the space. Our team redesigned the lobby using bronze mirrors, integrated LED lighting, and raw natural finishes, giving it a modern yet timeless look.
Security was a key concern, so we improved visibility and comfort through better spatial design and strategic lighting. The color palette, inspired by natural tones, brings balance and calmness to the space, complementing the building’s contemporary character.
The completed Parkway project reflects the core of what we do at reVISION Design + Build, combining architectural expertise, quality materials, and strong collaboration to reimagine spaces that inspire. From a dated and gloomy lobby to a bright, secure, and refined entrance, this renovation shows how thoughtful design can transform both atmosphere and experience.
